On the edit page there is a button to add/upload media. That way you can ad what ever photo you want to the page. Is that what you mean?

Are you using wordpress? if yes, there is an option to create pages from the dashboard. There you probably have ‘about me’ page, if not, create one. When you click on a page title you will be in page editor. If that’s confusing for you, just upload screenshot of your dashboard to photobucket and share it here.
