• Hello,

I am hoping you can help me. I am using your plugin for the very first time. I have been unable to get a full migration to actually complete successfully. I am trying to migrate my local development wordpress site to a remote customer’s wordpress site. (I did a full backup on both sides before beginning migration.) The migration backup files were successfully uploaded to the wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-move/backup folder on the customer’s site successfully, all of the notifications I received while completing the migration was in progress indicated that everything migrated successfully. But, neither the file system or the database on the customer’s site were updated with the content of the migration files.

Is there any way I can get more information from the plugin about what is failing? Can I turn on any debugging?

There is one thing I am concerned about, but I don’t know if this is a factor or not. The database table names I have on my local development site use the “wp_” prefix. But, the table names in the database that was created for me by Dreamhost.com have a “wp_dqtqgh_” prefix. Does the plugin know how to map the table names from the old site to the new site when it imports the table data?

Aside from this problem, I think this is an awesome plugin that will make my job so much easier once I get it working.

Any help you can provide will be extremely helpful!! Thank you very very much.

    Valerie
