What options are you using to insert the gallery into the page? Because your site isn’t showing the default NGG template. I explain which file is used for all the various options here, but I’m not even sure you are using any of those options.
Hi Shauno, I go to NG Gallery in WP. I create a new gallery and add images. I selected the manage gallery and select the voting features I’d like. I add a new post and select new photocrati gallery. When that window opens, I select blog style and import nextgen. I select and import images. I make it live. No sign of voting working. I’ve gone into my server and put in the special code for a couple different templates, too. Still no sign. Thank you for your help!

You need to add the gallery via the ‘NextGEN Gallery – add to post’ button in the editor
