   I'm trying to install WP3.2.1 using the 5 minute install instructions (which I have used many times before w/no problem). For whatever reason after I have made a db, given myself permissions, edited wp-config and uploaded files, I can't get the install.php script to work. When I called BlueHost.com for help, they told me there are no files in my db, so the installation script can't run. Can someone tell me where I'm supposed to get the install script to populate my db? I've never had any problem before.

   if you go to your domain name the install program should start if not try
   http://domainname/wp-admin/install.php
