I am having issues with the hyperlink...can't view, change or add. I have disabled plug-ins, re-added. I've had the site refreshed from a previous backup. I've even had the hosting service look at it and we can't figure it out. Any suggestions or advice?

Try adding
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );to the bottom of your wp-config.php file (just before therequire_onceline). -

Thanks for the advice. It didn't work, though. out of desperation, I went through each of my plugin-ins again and found that this time it was IMSC Syndication Rockstar that was causing the problem. So, if anyone else has that plug-in it might be the issue.
