I’m new to WordPress (and am not a programmer), but have reached only partial success in styling my site from theme, “Easy White”. I was able to replace the header with my desired image for the main landing page and the WP Pages. When I click on a Category, however, the header image doesn’t show up at the top in both Firefox and IE.

I did a Find Broken Images check on Firefox which gave me this link:

    http://www.homechefliving.com/features/category/images/mainheader-wp.gif

but I can’t interpret it’s location as I do not see a sub-directory labeled “category”

How do I get my header image to show up on the category pages as well?

  • I bet you are using relative path for that image… and it is always added to the end of the URI where you are.
    Change it.

That did the trick. Though I’m new to WP, I must be expecting things to be harder to solve than they truly are.

    Thanks!
