Can't get back into old blog!

Hi all,

I had a site built for me years ago in WordPress. I understand that since then, there have been upgrades and changes, but I’m having two problems:
1. I can’t access the back-end of the site with the url I used to be able to about two years ago, and my site isn’t currently recognized as a wordpress blog when I try to submit a support claim

2. I can’t remember my login name (or perhaps I remember it correctly, but its no longer useable), and all the emails I believe would be associated with the account don’t seem to be working either.

I am the owner of this site, and hoping that I can somehow at least rescue the codes/back-end information and migrate to a newer version of wordpress.
