While trying to set up a plug in, I apparently changed the address to my dashboard ? When I click on “dashboard”, I get taken to an front altered page of my website. Can I correct this ?

Can you login to your dashboard? Did you change site/home URLs?

Anyway, try renaming your plugins folder (ad -old) and see if it solves the problem.

Thanks for your help, but I got it corrected. I had changed the WP URL, which kept me going in the same circle.Could not get into my dashboard which is of course where I needed to get into to change that. A catch 22.Thanks everyone.

    Hi,
    My site is http://www.propertypeaks.co.uk
I was trying to make my site go live, by removing /wp at the end of the url and then lost my access to my dasboard. It gives me message:

    Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please please someone help!!! I was reading so many blogs, but nothing really worked so far!

    Thanks,

    gite_kaus,

Instead of posting on a resolved thread, please start your own topic. Your problem is not the same though you may find similarities.
