   Hi I recently downloaded wordpress.org to my computer, but I can't find the wordpress dashboard.

   Actually I'm not sure if I did, to be honest I'm quite a nwebie on this field. I just pressed download wordpress 3.4.1 on the wordpress.org homesite, and after that the download opened with jZip

   Ehm Swedish servers I think

   Ok I did not download it with any host. Isn't there any solution to get a wordpress.org dashboard without pay for a download host?
