   Hi, I have used hostgator and dowloaded WP onto cpanel but then I need to go back to WordPress site and can't find any link etc... All I can find is the free blog pages...

   Can you explain your issue a bit more?

   Are you talking about how to install WP on hostgator host? If yes, I believe hostgator provide one click solution to install WP. You can call their support for how-to.

   I have uploaded wordpress to hostgator on cpanel but trying to do OptimizePress pages so I need to have some sort of your sw from you which is not the free blogg site..

   I have registers to free WP blogg but is there another site of yours which isn't free? This is what Optimize press said: We notice you are running the free wordpress which is not compatible with our theme. You need to be running the full wordpress to be able to run and use our theme.

   What are the addresses for your sites? Are they wordpress.com sites?

   I only have a user name no actual .com site as can't find how to do it- only see how to get a blog :( Where do I need to go to do what I need to?

    That sounds like you have a wordpress.com site. You cannot upload themes to wordpress.com sites. Also, these forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only, so please try asking any further questions on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

    Themes are only available to use on self hosted websites, meaning you have a web hosting provider where your website is.
