   I am trying to locate the directory that includes the wphelpcenter file. I have searched and searched and can't find any info on where this directory is. I contacted my host and was told that i should have downloaded it to my computer, but i can't find it. Help please

   Your hosts don't know what they're talking about. There isn't a wphelpcenter file in WordPress. You should be able to find everything you need in the online Codex.

   esmi is correct. I believe there is a wphelpcenter.com, but there is no file or directory with that.

   thanks. I am more confused than ever now. I have so many issues I forgot what I was asking about this file for. :) I think it was for some plugin or widget.

   If/when I remember, I will ask again.
