   Hi
   I have the blog here http://www.apricotcatering.co.uk/blog/ but I cannot find where the admin login is ? Any ideas please ?

   The default location for your admin section is:

   http://www.domain.com/wp-admin/

   Yup, and in the Default theme you use there is a login link under Meta at the bottom of the right sidebar.
