Can't find the file to edit the Search template when "no results" are shown (5 posts)

If you check this image you'll see how results display on my website, but if you leave the search box in blank and only press "Search" button, it shows this (which is what I want to change).

I tried editing several php files with no success. If you know which file is the one to edit, let me know.

    Regards!

    It's your theme's 404.php file

Prasanna: that file is edited and when there's an error, the 404 page shows properly, but no idea how to attach it to the search box.

It may be in your index.php file

Andrew: I also edited the index.php file with no success. I really don't have a clue about what other file I need to edit to fix this issue.
