Can’t find the Customizable Header

    (Note: I’m not sure which version of WordPress I’m using – I just got it with a GoDaddy hosting package.)

    I purposely got and uploaded a template/theme with a customizable header so I could add my own pic to each page, but now that I’m “in”, I can’t find the option to upload/modify the header pic ANYWHERE. Really, I have looked EVERYWHERE.

    Any ideas?

    Note: I’m using OCEANMIST – the template. I can see all other options (blog settings, widgets, colour scheme etc…) There is just NO PLACE to choose to insert my own header photo.
