Can't find "Share" in settings

I am trying to put the icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, and Print on my posts so that I can share them. The directions in the help section told me to go to the “Setting” option and click on “Share”. However, I do not have a “Share” option under my Settings. How do I get the link icons if there is no Share under my Settings?
