I have seen it before, but lately, my posts no longer have the "Post revision" option at the lower part of the edit post page. Has it been removed?

if you have done an update to wordpress 3.1.3 it may have deselected itself from view.... Select the page you want to do the revision on, then in the top right corner there's a button called 'screen options' than brings up a drop down menu when clicked. Select this and check that the 'revisions' box HAS got a tick in it. Revisions should show at bottom of page now.
...Hope this should solve your problem :)

I have updated wordpress to it's latest version and have not seen the revision option, so I followed your post on top and still cannot see this option. Could there be any other way to obtaining it?
    I really need your help.

  5. Edit one of your posts and while in the editor click on the top right link Screen Options.

That will drop down a list of options to select. Put a check mark next to Revisions.

Scroll down and you should now see the list of revisions.

I have just finished doing that exactly and then I got the answer back from you Jan. However I am very happy that someone like you took your time to share with me your knowledge.
I got the revision option now but did not fix what I thought it would- losing a sidebar image widget on my website and I thought that restoring it to an older date would fix it. So if you can help me with this one....again,

    Thanks
