    Hi
I am new to wordpress and blogging in general and i have finaly found a blog host that is easy to navigate and create using wordpress (as some would know, using different blog hosting sites the creations of the blogs are difficult and sometimes useless) but like everything with computers and software etc,etc everything needs to be learnt and understood which leads me to my question_
How and where do i find the plug-in menu tab and do you have to be loged in as an administrater as i have done that also.

Yes, you need to be logged in as admin.
The tab, "Plugins," should be between "Presentation" and "Users." It's not there?

Make sure you aren't missing any files, which is an issue that has been brought up before.
