can't find FFMPEG on Microsoft Server

    I’m running wordpress on Microsoft-IIS/6.0. The videos all seem to work fine. Thumbnails get generated and the videos play just fine. (I’m only using youtube vids). The error “Unable to fork [“C:\\Program Files\\ffmpeg”] in C:\Inetpub\winrs\wp-content\plugins\cool-video-gallery\lib\core.php on line 1406″ appears on any page that has a vid gallery.

    The overview tab shows that FFMPEG is installed. When I look up the directory using phpInfo it tells me it is located at “C:\Program Files\ffmpeg”. So I enter that into the Gallery Settings tab and it auto changes it to include two slashes inbetween the directories. “C:\\Program Files\\ffmpeg”. Anyway, I’m stumped and need to get this resolved before I can finish project for client. Any help would be much appreciated.
