Hi,
I posted the following a few weeks ago. I'm very sorry I did not follow-up sooner. For some reason I'm having trouble locating my backups. This link will take you to all the details of my issue. I hope someone will be able to help me.

Hi Kara,
It sounds like something went wrong with the backup process, I've just released an update (version 1.5) can you update and then re-test.

I see in my dashboard that the backup was completed last night. This is great. Thank you. However, I have one more question:
I opened the zip folder and only saw one file called database...
I selected to have both the database and my files backedup up. Do you know if I'm supposed to see more files when I open the zip folder?

Hi Kara,
You should see more files, it sounds like the files backup isn't working.
There is a new version coming out in a few days which should further improve the files backup, hopefully that will fix the issue.
If you want to you can grab the latest code from https://github.com/humanmade/BackUpWordPress/zipball/master and manually upload it to your site to see if it does fix your issue.

Thank you for your reply. No problem. Since I don't know how to upload the code, I'll wait for the new version. I backed up my website manually a few days ago.
