cant find admin to log into admin section

Hi Friends
Well i uploaded a template today for a new appearance and it worked but now I cant find the admin link or any of the dashboard tools/
I actually cant find a log in icon to enter the information to get into the admin site. Are there any words I can enter after the.com/
to get me back into it. Im trying.
