Can't find a pluging for anchors

    I am trying to place anchors in different areas to be able to link back to within my own website. I can’t seem to find anything that works. I tried TinyMCE Advanced and it has the feature but it doesn’t work.

    Anybody know of a good plugin that I can place anchors in my text?
