  • Hi David,

Have you read the installation instructions?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did read the instructions and it is properly installed. The problem I have is that I can’t make the thumbnails bigger. Even when I adjust the thumbnails height and width, they still stay small. Also, since the thumbnails are square, I can’t fit the important part of the photo within that space. For instance, if the photo has a face in the upper left corner, the thumbnail won’t show the face. Is this normal? Also, can I customize the size of each photo thumbnail? Thanks.

I know my questions might sound silly to you but there are alot of people like me that struggle with these plugins and video tutorials really help. Thanks.

Great, your initial question made it sound like you were unable to install it.

The thumbnail size is controlled via WordPress` dimensions from Settings -> Media. Once you have changed these dimensions you must regenerate your images. This doesn’t have anything to do with Easy Image Gallery, it’s just how WordPress works.

    Try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Sorry no you cannot have a different sized image for each thumbnail.
