I have changed most of the colors on the modern notepad theme, however, i cannot find a way to change the color or hover color for the navigation bars. about, home, etc. does anybody know?

Your theme's navigation color and hover color are controlled by background graphics
-- Navbar background = nav.gif in img folder in your modern-notepad theme folder
-- Navbar hover background = nav-hover.gif in img folder in your modern-notepad theme folder -
