Can't export settings!

I am running WordPress SEO 1.3.1.1
When I click on Import/Export, only the import settings show, but there is no ‘export’ options at all. Instead, it says (at the very bottom of the import/export page, after the import setting), “please try again”.
Very weird, any idea please??
