Can't edit the slug

    I’m having problem to get my slug edited to 2013.

    Every time I update it will become 2013-2. May I know what’s wrong?

    As far as I know if I have the same slug, in this case 2013, I will get the slug named 2013-2. But I had checked and no slug as 2013.

    Can somebody please guide?
