   Here's a screen shot of what I'm seeing, which is basically a blank page. Any ideas on why I can't edit Form 1 or 2?

   WordPress version?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

   Please also upgrade to WordPress 2.8.* and the latest version of the plugin too and try again.
