   Just updated one of my wordpress installs from 2.9.2 to 3.1.2. Everything works fine except now I can't edit my post permalinks. #post_name gets appended to the "post.php?post=655&action=edit&message=1" but nothing happens like it used to and I can't edit the permalink.

   I just ran a completely fresh installation of 3.1.2 and the same thing is happening. I'm using Ionic's ISAPI rewrite tool but have never had it cause an issue with anything before. Thoughts?

   Figured it out. Using the plug-in "headspace" causes a permalink issue if you're using 3.1.2 with headspace version 3.6.32.
