Can't do anything in Dashboard (3 posts)

    Hi,
I can't do anything in Dashboard once I have logged in as Administrator. I attempt to put up a post and I get the message "You do not have permission to do that"

I tried disabling Plugins but it goes through the motions but doesn't disable them.

I tried changing Templates - again it won't let me.

I emptied my Browsers cache to no avail.

Any suggestions please. I have Version 2.9.1 installed. I had the problem before I upgraded and still have it.

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    - Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version
    - Disable all the plugins and enable it one be one to find out the culprited one.
    - Change your theme to default in order to rules out theme level issue.
    - Remove all unwanted code from htaccess

    Thanks,

    Shane G.
