Can't delete directory (contact-form-7 on upgrade folder)

    I can’t delete de tmp folder (contact form 7) on /wp-content/upgrade. I get a message that says is not empty. I tried to change permissions with out successful, because I can’t change permissions on this folder (751), I active and deactivate plugin. If I select show hidden files, the directory is empty.

    Can you help me please?
