Can’t delete a Page !

hello everybody,

i’m (really) new to WP and here is my problem.
i’ve create a page with WP and now want to delete it in the “manage” area.
so i click “delete” then confirmed and then it reads :
“Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work”.

what is this ?

ps. i just figured out that i cant change theme in the presentation as well (same msg) … what did happened ?
