   When I go to new post page in admin, the page loads. I see everything as it should be, both with visual editor enabled and disabled from my user profile. page loads completely except for the categories selector.

   I notice the categories selector showing what looks to be the header for wp.org and then the whole page goes blank. Only thing on the page then are the formatting buttons used on the html editor and they are loaded at the very top-left corner. Refresh does nothing to help.

   I have to enter address for admin in address bar to get back to anything.

   This a new install on a host where I have two other blogs setup. It is newest version of wp 2.7 according to the autoupdater in 2.7. Already did the reinstall that way, no change.

   I have no plugins installed or even uploaded. Any ideas? New blog, I'd like to get some posts uploaded.

   Additional info, I can create a new page. I also tried messing with the default category to see if I could spark kind of change, as I believe the category selector is the problem. It doesn't work on new posts page, and it isn't there on a new page page.

   Can't edit posts either if that helps. tried editing the default post, basically same thing as described above, except the format buttons don't show if I try to edit a post.

   This appears to be an issue when using FF3. just loaded up Chrome and so far so good.

   Any ideas why post-new.php won't work in FF3 on 2.7.1?

   have you figured this out?

   I can't write new posts in WP 2.7 either.

   Same here... It does not matter what browser I am using...
   I can not create a new post or page... :)
