   I created a brand new blog using WordPress 2.6.2 yesterday. This is NOT an upgrade.

   I am unable to create new link categories using either of the two methods I know. The forms appear, I fill them out, but when I click the button to create the link category NOTHING happens.

   I've tried this two days in a row.

   I'm using Firefox 3.0.1 on a Mac (if that makes a difference). Will try other browsers now.

   Anyone else having this problem?

   Update: It doesn't work with Safari or Opera, either. This is telling me that it's either a server problem (not likely; ISP-hosted and no problems with other blogs running 2.5.x) or a WordPress problem.

   I'm having the same type of problem after an upgrade. I can't add any advanced properties to links through the links manager or choose the category.

   Anyone figure out a fix or know what the problem could be?

   Thats exactly the problem. Firefox3 had a regression thats certainly affect WordPress. Try with FF2, actually you can use Safari that works like a charm.

   Sorry mlanger, I didnt pay enough attention to your post, but I have to tell you that WP 2.6.2 works just fine with Safari 3.1.2!
