Hello everybody.
Yesterday everything was just fine. I could update my plugin and connect to the plugin.svn. But today nothing works... I use this programm to update my plugins on the repo: TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-x64-svn-1.6.11. But when I try to connect I always get this message:
PROPFIND of '!svn/bln/237889': could not connect to server (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)
Can anybody tell my what's wrong? Thanks a lot.
I know there was problems with 'svn' site yesterday. Try again.

I tried it again but then this message appears:
PROPFIND of '!svn/vcc/default': could not connect to server (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)
it doesn't work until now...
I'm having no problem svning this:
http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/page-links-to/trunk
This search http://www.google.com/search?q=tortoise+PROPFIND revealed at least one thread that suggested it was a proxy issue between you and the svn server.

But i have deleted all proxy-settings because I have no proxy.
Is it possible to update my plugins another way like I did it all the time:
TortoiseSVN -> Repository Browser -> copy/move/delete new/old files.
maybe an alternative way will propably work.

I was having to same problem and is the way Icorrected it.
1. Open TortoiseSVN -> Repo-browser (and wait for connect and load)
2. Now attempt to commit your changes
Should now work
