can't connect to ftp site

    trying to connect to my ftp site, http://cut2pieces.com using username of cut2pieces (provided to me in my setup email)

    FileZilla is saying “connection timed out” and “failed to connect to server”

    At one time (almost 2 years ago) I was able to connect and upload files, but now I cannot. What should I do?
