I am 100% Positive the DB name, username, and password is correct. Currently i am using "localhost" and im using phpmyadmin. How would I find the root path to the database im actually using? Ive also tryed 127.0.0.1.
Please help me out here, I kno its a simple problem and i cannot figure it out.

Are you sure that 'localhost' is the correct hostname?
I see that you are using Yahoo hosting. And for Yahoo, I thought that the hostname was 'mysql'. Either way, you should be able to find this in documentation for your host or when you set up a database. Or simply, call and ask.

I do not use "LocalHost"....
and if you do not know your root path, how do you know your host setting is correct ??
What Host are you using... If it is 1and1, I can help.
