   where do I send questions about SVN plugin repository?
   As of todat I'm unable to commit changes to my plugin
   I get an error like:
   access to '/!svn/act/68f07dd0-f8d2-f14e-be67-ffbe52b630cd' forbidden

   I have the same problem. I believe that people have tagged Otto in the past for this kind of thing. I'll give it a shot.

   This is intentional. The plugins SVN has been taken offline. It will be back later.

   Same to me, but my account has been blocked since last month. I used a different user today, and now I'm getting something similar.
   Did something similar happened to you?
