    User agent stuck or something

Firefox and IE and Safari are calling an old version of the header.php file – Chrome is okay — (browser caches cleared)

When clicking Delete Cache from Admin toolbar get fatal error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_supercache_dir() in /home/mobtrac/public_html/mysite.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache.php on line 385

    deactivating plugin has no effect

please advise how to clear the cache etc.

if you’re having this error.. what ever you do… DON’T DELETE THE PLUGIN…

completely wrecked the site… it has now converted the site to a zip file that the browser tries to download

    after re-installing WP-Supercache, still have issues…

and other sites had fatal error using the ADMIN TOOLBAR Delete Cache, but by using SuperCache > Settings > Delete Cache I was able to clear things up and back to normal on Firefox, but IE and Safari still think the website is a zip file…
