Can't change the permalink structure (1 post)

Hi, my website is Netsua.com and I'm using wordpress 2.1.1 and k2. I also use the sticky menu plugin to manage my pages.

I can't change the permalink structure. Whenever I do, to anything besides the default "?p=123" type it just doesn't work. I'll click the link to the individual post page and it says 404 not found. But if I do the old "?p=123" structure, it works fine.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? I just want to do it by %postname% or whatever so I can have /blog and /about, etc.
