Can't change parent

Hello! After i synchronized my menu for translation the order was mashed up. The Order was gone. I went into the Design -> Menu and everything was still in the right order.
I went to the Pages and everything was mashed up there. All the links and checked the “parents”. THERE IS THE PROBLEM. I corrected it and when i click on “update” to save it, it just turns back. Nothing changes. It just sticks to the current parent menu. Please help me! I can provide you the login so you can check it… thanks!!
