I'm trying to change my options (like number of feeds or post displayed per page) and get a "You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/options.php on this server".
I've change permisions for all the files on the wp-admin folder to 777 and nothing.

Somehow the Admin role has been corrupted probably. Following this should help:

If not, let us know :)

I'm having this exact same issue. WordPress 2.0.3. Rest of the site seems to work fine. I tried setting permissions to 777, etc, no soap. Every other admin function works fine except for trying to change number of posts per page, or the feed options, in the Reading pane of the Options panel.

It seems like this might be due to something with mod_security. I can't for the life of me get it to exclude properly, though.
