One of my accounts had to reset their password, all plugins were deactivated, and suddenly I can't change any of my network options.
I was just about to upgrade when this all happened.
Has my site been hacked? I don't see anything funky in the files or database...
I did upgrade the WP Touch plugin thinking it was that issue. Perhaps someone came in through that back door?

Depends on what you mean by 'accounts.' You mean your server account or your WP account?

ignoring the password issue for now...
some of the network settings were reset
and i cannot change them
i make the changes and save
yet they do not get saved

i repaired my database tables ad that seems to have solved it
