On either the "add new post" or "edit post" pages, clicking on the "html" tab does nothing . . . it remains in "visual" editing. Same problem in both FireFox and IE. A blog of mine with an older version of WordPress works fine.
So, how to fix this problem, or how to downgrade to a version which doesn't have this problem?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Tried all that, makes no difference. I guess I'll have to downgrade.
