I recently installed wordpress on my website and I am trying to customize it, (I also have prophoto3 installed) however this error message keeps being displayed in the apperance sectipon.

"Attention: You appear to be using Internet Explorer, version 6.x. This is an 8-year old, antiquated web browser, and the functionality of this theme's admin area is too complex for its meager, pathetic capabilities. Please use at least version 7 of Internet Explorer, or even better Firefox.

Don't worry, your blog will still look fine to people viewing it with Internet Explorer 6, it just means you need to administrate the theme with a better browser."

I have tried editing my site in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera and keep getting the same message. How do I fix it? Is this a wordpress issue? or a prophoto issue?

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thank you. I just switched themes it a wordpress theme and everything seemed to work. I think it is a issue with prophoto. Thanks again.
