Can’t Auto-Upgrade … problem with file.php

    I can’t autoupdate to WordPress 2.8 (or any plugins neither) … there seems to be a problem with the file.php. This is the error I get:

    Can anyone tell me what the problem is???

    By the way … I have another site on the same server, that also runs WordPress, and I have NO problems auto-updating that site!

    Make sure all the files exist(upload again if you need to). Check your permissions to make sure write access is allowed and also that the files/directories are owned by you.

    Try upgrading manually.. it is somewhat boring, but will work for sure
