Deactivate all other plugins and try a hard refresh or clearing your browser cache:

I haven’t touched anything related to the editor in months.

Hi Alex, thanks very much for your response!
I’ve deactivated all the plugins and cleared the browser (firefox) cache.
The problem started when I did the upgrade to the Viper’s Quicktags 6.3.0 version.
I can’t add tags in a post anymore, and when I click in the Youtube, DailyMotion, Vimeo, and the other quicktags of the plugin, nothing happens.
Before the upgrade everything was working fine. I’m using WordPress 3.0.1 if it matters.
Do you know what could be happening?
Thanks a lot again!
The one and only thing changed between 6.2.19 and 6.3.0 was the Vimeo shortcode:

The last time I touched anything related to the editor was 2 months ago with the release of 6.2.17. 🙂

I understand, but I haven’t upgraded the plugin in more than 2 months, that’s the question.
I had 6.2.14 before upgrading to 6.3.0 and maybe that’s why I’m having these problems.
Do you remember changes related to the editor since 6.2.14 or something to fix this issue? Thank you very much!!!
Settings -> Video Quicktags -> Advanced
Change the line number of the toolbar buttons to 3.

Hi Alex, I’ve changed the line number to 3, but it’s the same thing. When I click on the buttons, nothing happens. Is there any other solution?
Thanks!
Check your error console (control + shift + J) and look for JS errors.

Hi Alex, some months have passed, but I still have the same issue, I’ve been deactivating the plugin everytime I wanted to add tags, and then activating again, but I think it can be fixed somehow. I’ve checked the error console, but I don’t know how to fix those errors, any suggestions? Thank you!
