Can't add plugin! Help?

    I have searched all over the net for the solution but none seems to be working.

    Whenever I try to upload a plugin, I use .zip files but it doesn’t upload and instead, I get this two error:

    Warning: copy(/home/domain/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/linkwithin.zip) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/domain/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 348

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: linkwithin.zip
    Downloading install package from /home/domain/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/linkwithin.zip…

    Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
