   Hello,

   Recently I moved to a new server, and moved my WordPress files to the new server. Problem is that I can't add or edit anything in the WordPress control panel; can't add a post, can't edit a post, can't add a widget, can't edit a widget, etc. I can install a new WordPress, and everything works fine, but the WordPress files that I transfered refuse to write to the database.

   Any one have any ideas?
