Can't add new items in Apperance Menu (18 posts)

This was working before and I was able to modify the menus as it's intended, but now every time I add any page or link to the menu and click save, its not saved. I tried creating a new menu and adding items there and that didn't work. I deactivated all the plugins, switched back to Twenty Eleven theme and that didn't work. Currently I overwrote all the wp-admin and wp-include folders and that didn't fix it.

The weird part is that I can rename the current items in the menu and it does save those changes or even if I remove and item from there it will work, but if I try to add a new one it doesn't get saved.

Do you have a huge number of menu items?

Maybe a Video can convey my problem a little bit better:

I have like 7 items in the menu at most as you can see. The problem is that it used to work and now every time I add a new item and click save the changes are not saved =(

You might be hitting a custom menu limitation issue. Try asking your hosts about it.

So looks like something isn't working correctly, what is your site URL?

    Theme : http://themeforest.net/item/donatenow-wordpress-theme-for-charity/3929307

As for the custom menu limitation issue I only have 6 items in the menu so I don't think its that. Plus I created a new menu with just 1 item and it doesn't save that one either.

What happens if you use the default 2012 theme?

Try deactivating your plugins and resetting the plugins folder by changing the name on the plugins folder to "pluginsHOLD" using FTP (or other file manager).

I think my best bet is to do a fresh install of wordpress , but I'm a little bit wary of it happening again hehehe.

Try increasing memory before and see if that helps.

Try downloading a new copy of WP to your local computer - then on your site delete all files/folders EXCEPT wp-content. Then replace the deleted files/folders with the new ones - again, don't overwrite wp-content. Be sure you've deleted the old ones, not overwritten them.

thanks guys for all your help , I just did a new wordpress install in another folder using the same server but different db and it works now. So it might be related to the content folder or db.
