Some of my menu items disappeared. When I tried to add them back in to my main menu. The menu simply isn't letting me add any more categories. Can anyone help with this?
site: finditinashburn.com
problem: Menu: Shopping-Shoppong Plazas
has 8 categories, should be about 20
Thanks!
I'm sorry but as you are using a theme from a commercial supplier, you need to seek support from the theme's developer/vendor. We do not support commercial themes here.

But isn't the menu function part of Word Press?
Yes but how/if it is implemented depends upon your current theme.

I reached out to WooThemes and they said this is not a theme issue as the menu system run independently from the theme. The theme reads menus from the menu system. Their guess is that WP can't handle the number of menu items I have, but I've had the same menu in place for over a year now. Any thoughts?
Can you replicate the problem using the default 2012 theme with all plugins deactivated?

Hi. I had answered your email, before realizing it was a 'no-reply.' The folks at Woo Themes tried this and it was still an issue. I have also contacted my host and no one seems to have a answer to this problem. My host found this thread here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-menu-problem?replies=14, which seems to describe the same issue I'm having, although these posts were awhile ago. Could the issue be from the last update of WordPress? I desperately need help here please.
