I have been trying to resolve this issue but have had no luck.
I try to add an image o one of my posts but when the form comes up, nothing but a blank page opens with no option to select files from my computer.
I am using an iMac and Firefox. Why can't I do this simple task of uploading an image? Someone please help. Thanks!

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    - increasing the available memory?

    Hi

I have been having the same issue. When i click on the insert/upload image button, i get a blank page that just says "Add media files from your computer" with no other options.

I can how ever click on the URL and the Media library tabs and they seem to work fine.

I have tried all the steps mentioned about but nothing seems to work.

I am using the latest version of wordpress. I have tried it in safari, firefox and google chrome. With the same result.

I'm having this problem too - I've tried all the options above! This started happening after I moved two of my WP websites to some new hosting. Any ideas?!

I'm having the exact same problem with 3.0.4 right now. Works fine in firefox but not in chrome.
